I am self-taught and have been playing guitar on and off since I was 13 years old. Writing music for about the same amount of time. But I wasn't consistent and I'm finally stepping out of my shell and want to start doing this music thing. I want to meet people who will challenge me and make me better. There's so much you can learn online. I want to jam out. Join a band. Be consistent. I can hold a nice little tune, voice wise but not a lead singer. Kind of like a singer/songwriter type. Depending on the genre, and depending on who you ask. Others might say so but not me haha. I'm perfectly fine with background vocals and playing lead/rhythm guitar. I am constantly learning and nowhere near where I want to be. Let's see where this leads.
